JWM Tactical Firearms training including Concealed Handgun License CHL in Spring, Tomball, Conroe, Magnolia, Houston, The Woodlands, Huntsville, Willis License to Carry​ LTC

FEES / REQUIREMENTS:

1. All courses require either a deposit or full payment upon receipt of a JWM Tactical Training Invoice. 

2. All Private LTC Classes require a minimum of 4 students or the agreed upon fee.

 

ELIGIBILITY:

1. Texas License To Carry Classes require that all participants have a basic understanding of handgun fundamentals and marksmanship.  There is limited time for instruction on basic handgun skills in these classes due to The State of Texas required material that must be covered.  Anyone that feels they are unable to perform the required basic handgun skills should consider attending a JWM Tactical Training Pre LTC/Handgun Fundamentals Course prior to attending a License To Carry Class.  For further information please click on the above link or contact JWM Tactical Training staff. 

2. You agree that you meet, to the best of your knowledge, the Texas LTC Eligibility Requirements. Neither JWM Tactical, nor your LTC Instructor, is responsible for seeing that you meet these eligibility requirements.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY:

1. If cancellation is made 72 hours or more prior to a scheduled public course, a full refund of money paid will be made.

2. Deposits on private courses are non-refundable. Private courses may be rescheduled if cancellation is made within 7 days prior to course date.

3. Deposits may be subject to a rescheduling fee of $25, if the student contacts JWM Tactical less than 72 hours prior to their class and requests a reschedule or cancellation.  Students may reschedule a class only twice before forfeiting their entire class fee and or deposit. 

4. No refunds for no-shows or drop from training. If rescheduling is necessary, please contact us at 281-799-8368.​

 

DISCLOSURE:

By registering, I understand, represent, and agree that:

1. I certify that I am not prohibited by Federal, state, or local law from possessing or receiving firearms and/or ammunition.

2. Range operations depend on careful control of deadly weapons by each student, and if any time during the course my cooperation is not deemed satisfactory to JWM Tactical Training staff, my participation will be terminated.

3. I will abide by any and all safety procedures required by JWM Tactical Training, and I agree upon my arrival, to complete, sign and understand a “Release and Indemnification Agreement” releasing JWM Tactical Training from liability for any injury I may sustain or cause during my training.

4. I will be at least 18 years of age at the time of training or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

5. My only purpose for seeking the training, which I have requested JWM Tactical Training to provide me, is so that I may better be prepared to provide lawful service to my employer or in performing lawful acts for my own use.
